TIDE WATER OIL (INDIA) LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of Tide Water Oil Co. (I) Limited Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for purchase / sale / dealing in the shares of the Company in any manner will be closed from 1st October, 2017 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives). The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2017, to the Stock Exchanges.
