Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the provisions of section 196, 197, 198, 200, 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Schedule V thereto, and pursuant to recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of TIL Limited have approved the re-appointment of Mr. S. Mazumder as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years, with effect from 1st June, 2017, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
