Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and based on the intimation received from M/s. C B Management Services (P) Ltd., Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company, on 1st June, 2023, we would like to inform that the Company has received intimation from a shareholder regarding loss of share certificates with a request for issue of duplicate share certificates.
