PFA our letter dated 28th March, 2024 regarding closure of trading with from Monday 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2024. The trading window shall remain closed for all Designated persons including their immediate relatives who have been informed to abstain from trading in the securities of the Company
