TIL LTD. - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that we have issued Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu of the Original Share Certificates to a shareholders which were reported as lost.<BR> The Duplicate Share Certificates were issued on 11th January, 2021 upon receipt of all the necessary documents from the above shareholders and subsequent approval of the Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
