With reference to the earlier letter dated May 19, 2016, Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances till further notice.
