TIMEX GROUP INDIA LTD. - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has, on March 10, 2023, issued duplicate share certificates in lieu of the old certificates which are reported lost/misplaced and for which the request was received for issue of duplicate share certificates.
