Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has on June 24, 2024, issued duplicate share certificates in lieu of the old certificates which are reported lost/misplaced and for which the request was received for issue of duplicate share certificates. The detail for the same is attached herewith
