We wish to inform you that the Company has received an order for dropping the proceedings against the Show Cause Notice (DRC01) received on November 27, 2024 from the Central Goods & Service Tax Range-11, Solan Himachal Pradesh for the Financial Year April 1, 2020 to March 31 2021. The details of the order for dropping the proceedings is in the attached Annexure A.
