We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Shruti Gautam Baruah as Brand Head - Timex Business Unit and Senior Management Personnel. Ms. Shruti Gautam Baruah has joined the Company today i.e March 11,2025.
