We would like to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. Wednesday, May 03rd, 2023; the Board of Directors has inter alia approved and adopted the following matters: Acceptance of Resignation Letter received from Vinay Kumar Jain (M.No. - A49855) from the post of Company Secretary cum compliance officer of the Company from 01st May 2023. Appointment of Mr. Pawansut Swami as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 03rd May 2023. (Annexure-A)
