This is to inform that as required under the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window in respect of the Company's equity shares will remain closed from Friday, 24th September 2021. <BR> <BR> The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements/results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock exchanges.<BR>
