Mr. S. N. Agrawal has resigned from his directorship on the Board of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Rajiv Kapoor has resigned from his designation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Ms. Garima Vishnoi has resigned from her designation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
