Tirupati Sarjan Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.35/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up for the period ended March 31, 2015.
