TIRUPATI SARJAN LTD. - Intimation of Fire at the Registered Office of the Company

Tirupati Sarjan Ltd has informed BSE that in recent violence in the Gujarat, an agitating, violent mob put on fire, the registered office of the Company at Visnagar on August 26, 2015 as a result,<BR><BR>1. The office has been burnt fully,<BR><BR>2. The furniture and fixtures, computers, accounts, bills, Vouchers, Important documents have also been burnt & lost.<BR><BR>At this stage, the exact damage has not been worked out, so the Company is not in a position to inform the same.
