Tirupati Sarjan Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 subject to Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window on the Exchange shall remain close for all Directors, Key Managerial Person and their Relatives, Promoter and their Relatives, and will open after 48 hours of the results being made public as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations.
