TITAGARH WAGONS LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Titagarh Wagons Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2016, has approved payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.80 per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each (at the rate of 40%) for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Interim Dividend will be paid on or before March 31, 2016.
