Titan Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results(stand-alone) for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, it may please be noted that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2015 and shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the aforesaid financial results are approved by the Board of Directors on October 30, 2015 and filed with the stock exchanges.
