Titan Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend on the equity shares of 210% free of tax, viz. Rs. 2.10 per equity share (Previous year: 210% free of tax).
