Titan Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 17, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 01, 2014.<br/><br/>The Dividend on equity shares, if declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid on August 08, 2014.
