Torrent Cables Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Code of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and applicable SEBI Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company stands closed from April 01, 2014 and will be opened 24 hours after the approval of the Audited Financial Results for FY 2013-14 for designated employees and Directors of the Company.
