Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- An interim dividend of Rs. 20/- (400%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- fully paid up. The dividend is expected to be paid / dispatched on February 19, 2016.
