Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 04, 2014, has appointed Shri Jinal Mehta, current Non-Executive Director of the Company as Whole-time Director for a period of 5 years effective from April 05, 2014, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
