Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 (Q3).<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Code of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and applicable SEBI Regulations, the Company has informed that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed between January 01, 2014 and January 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all the designated employees and Directors.
