TORRENT POWER LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2014-15. The aggregate amount of dividend to be distribute is Rs. 85.30 Crores including Rs. 14.43 Crores as tax on profit to be distributed.
