Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to Code of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and applicable regulations, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company stands closed from January 01, 2015 and will be opened 24 hours after the approval of the un-audited financial results for Q3 FY 2014-15 for designated employees and Directors of the Company.
