Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter dated August 30, 2014 from Shri D. J. Pandian, lAS informing about his resignation from the Board of the Company consequent upon his transfer from Energy and Petrochemicals Department, Govt. of Gujarat. Accordingly, Shri D. J. Pandian, lAS ceases to be a Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 30, 2014.
