TORRENT POWER LTD. - Board to consider Final Dividend

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 09, 2016 with respect to meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on May 18, 2016, Torrent Power Ltd has now informed BSE that Board of Directors, at the said meeting, shall also be considering the recommendation of final dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
