TPI INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with Company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2023 to 1st June, 2023 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated employees and their family members for the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 30th May, 2023 to consider and approve Audited Financial results for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2023
