Appointment of Secretarial Auditor as per Regelation 30A of LODR. In terms of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and Board of the Directors of the Company have approved the re-appointment of M/s GHV & Co, Practicing Company Secretary as the secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 to carry the Secretarial Audit as per section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.
