In terms of Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the Company has published extract of Statement of Un Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidate) of the Company for the 01st Quarter June, 30, 2024, which have been considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on Monday, 12th August, 2024. The said Financials results have been published in "Times of India"(English Newspaper) Goa edition dated 14.08.2024 and in "Pudhari" (Marathi Newspaper) Goa edition dated 14.08.2024.
