Please refer to our letter dated 10.04.2021 wherein we have informed you of commencement of<BR> Voluntary Liquidation Process w.e.f 06.04.2021 of TACL.<BR> As per provisions of IBC, 2016 , after the commencement of Voluntary Liquidation Process, all the<BR> powers of Board of Directors and key managerial persons shall cease to have effect and shall be vested in<BR> the Liquidator.<BR> In exercise of the powers and to do listing compliances of BSE, the Liquidator shall consider and<BR> approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31" March, 2021,<BR> as per Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 (LODR) along with Audit Report thereon.<BR> Further, the Liquidator shall also consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements of the<BR> Company for the year ended 31st March, 2021.<BR> The above Results and Financial Statements shall be submitted to the BSE by the Liquidator in due<BR> course.<BR> The above is for your information please.
