Intimation is hereby given that in terms of "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 including any amendment thereof, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 the Company has notified its promoters/ directors/ KMP and other designated persons that the trading window of the Company for the said specific persons shall remain closed from April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2023
