November 26, 2018, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11, 2019 please take note that as at March 31, 2023 Company does not meet any of the criteria of large entity as specified at point 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular. Accordingly Transchem Limited is not a Large Entity.
