TRANSCHEM LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 it is informed that the Company has notified its promoters/ directors/ KMP and other designated persons that the trading window of the Company for the said specified persons shall remain closed from July 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024
