Transglobe Foods Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020 prepared in terms of IND-AS, pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015.<BR> <BR> 2.Closure of trading window from 01st October 2020 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on 20th October 2020 (both days inclusive) as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.<BR> <BR> 3.Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
