Transindia Real Estate Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Date of payment of Dividend

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today have, inter alia, approved payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders for the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, August 16, 2024 and the Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before Thursday, September 5, 2024.
