As we have now complied with the submission of the financial results for the year ended March 2021 both in Pdf and XML file formats under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we request you to consider the waiver application of fines with respect to Non-Compliance under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 of our company.
