TRENT LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Tata Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company , the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed from Monday , 24th June 2024 and the same shall open after 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June 2024.
