TRF LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Diversification / Disinvestment

This has reference to our disclosures dated November 20, 2020, November 24, 2020 and December 26, 2020 with respect to the sale by our wholly owned step-down subsidiary,Dutch Lanka Trailer Manufacturers Limited ('DLT'), of its entire stake held in Tata International DLT Private Limited ('TIDLT'), a 50:50 joint venture (JV) between Tata International Limited ('TIL') and DLT.<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that DLT, has on December 31, 2020 concluded the divestment of the entire stake held in TIDLT to TIL, after receiving necessary regulatory and corporate<BR> approvals in compliance with applicable laws.<BR> Pursuant to the said divestment, DLT ceases to hold any shares in TIDLT, and consequently, TIDLT ceases to be a joint venture of DLT.<BR> <BR> This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.
