Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Mrs. Chetna Kothari as an additional director of the Company upto the conclusion of ensuing Annual <br/>General Meeting.<br/><br/>2. Fund raising plan of the Company through Preferential lssue by exercising option of conversion of unsecured loan into Equity Shares.
