We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held todaySaturday, May 06, 2023, has transacted, approved and taken on record the following items of Business; 1. Approval of Audited Annual Financial Results: The Board of Directors inter-alia has approved and taken on record Audited Standalone Financial Results and Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. (The copy of Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results along with Report of Auditors thereon is attached herewith as Annexure-A).
