Trident Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and shall consider the proposal relating to declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15.
