Trigyn Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.<br/><br/>The dividend shall be paid/dispatched on and after September 27, 2014.
