Trilogic Digital Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2012 inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve preferential allotment of equity shares to the promoters and non-promoters.<br/><br/>2. To consider and approve audited results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2012.<br/><br/>3. To consider and approve the appointment of independent directors on the Board of Directors of the Company.<br/><br/>4. To consider and approve increase in authorised share capital of the Company.<br/><br/>5. To consider enhancement of borrowing power of the Company.<br/><br/>6. To consider enhancement of Investment power of the Company.<br/><br/>7. To consider the restructuring of the Company by way of acquisition / merger of other companies.<br/><br/>8. To fix up date, venue and time for convening of Annual General Meeting / postal ballot for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.<br/><br/>9. To fix up the book closure dates for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
