The Committee of Independent Directors of Trimurthi Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors ("IDC") under Regulation 26(7) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto for the Open Offer to the public shareholders of Trimurthi Ltd ("Target Company").
