Trinetra Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Company's Board of Directors will be held on May 26, 2016, to consider audited accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. The Audit Committee of the Company's Board will review the accounts at a meeting to be held earlier to the Board meeting.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed from May 11, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive).
