With reference to the abovementioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 13th August, 2022 have considered and approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sheetal Jain (DIN: 00269470) as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of five years with effect from 13th August, 2022 to 12th August, 2027 subject to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure-I.
