Notice is hereby given that persuant to SEBI (PIT )Regulations 2015 , the trading window for the purpose of dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from 01-10-2024 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of Un audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30-09-2024 after being approved by the board of directors. The date of meeting of the board to approve the unaudited financial results of the company for quarter ended 30-09-2024 will be informed in due course . The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors/Promoters /Designated Persons and/ or any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the company .
