TTK Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. K Vaidyanathan, Executive Director of the Company has expressed his desire to retire from the position of Executive Director / Director of the Company, with effect from September 10, 2014, vide his communication dated August 01, 2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly, he will be relieved from the position of Executive Director / Director of the Company, at the start of working hours on September 01, 2014.
